This Victorian property had seen better days as during the time of purchase for the parents it be the property was uninhabitable. The aim was to completely modernise the home add lighter as through the addition of several roof panels and three glass panel sliding doors. One of the key features in this specific job is the resin floor, this conducts well with the underfloor heating and is very easy to clean and maintain as this type of resin is used specifically in car show rooms, which means for those with children it is very convenient.
